Service Guarantee

DSCN4755At ChameleoNails, I’m proud of my quality of work and the quality products that I work with. I endeavour to ensure all clients to leave the salon 100% satisfied. I undertake guarantee for one week if any damage comes originating from my fault.

In order to maintain that level of service a deposit system is introducing for All customers. It serves your interests and the salon as well.

Booking

You can book an appointment by paying £20 deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final price. As soon as the deposit is payed, your appointment will be fixed. If the payment does not arrive within 48 hours from the time you made the booking, the appointment will automatically be cancelled. 

Arrival time

Please always arrive on time to the salon. I can work safely and I can give 100% of my job if you aren’t late and ensuring that I don’t have to rush. If you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the date you can take a seat comfortably having a nice coffee and you can choose the nail what you want. When you are late more than 10 minutes I cannot guarantee a perfect job.

Cancellation

Anyone can occur that for some reason can not attend at the scheduled time. Please let me know 48 hours in advance if you want to cancel or change your appointments. If the cancellation happens in less than 48 hours before the appointment is due, the deposit will be kept by the salon.

People who doesn’t show up without telling me, will not be given new appointments anymore.
